Why this product
Turn any framed solar panel into a free-standing ground mount in a few minutes. The stand brackets bolt to the panel's aluminum frame using its existing grommet holes, then the adjustable aluminum legs fold out, extend and lock at the angle you want. When you're done, they fold flat against the panel for storage.
They are a natural match for the Callsun 200W bifacial panels: stand a pair up in the yard, wire them in series, and plug them into an EZ1-LV microinverter or a portable power station. Lifting a bifacial panel off the ground also lets more reflected light reach its rear side.
Which set do I need?
- Upper legs: prop the top of the panel up while its bottom edge rests on the ground. One set per panel.
- Upper + lower legs: raises the whole panel off the ground, clear of grass, dust, small shrubs and snow, with more airflow around it. One set per panel.
- Lower legs only: add to panels that already have upper legs.
- Group anchor add-on: extra anchor strap, grommet straps and anchor bolt, for anchoring every panel or starting a new row.
What's in each set
Upper set: 2 frame/leg brackets, 2 two-section adjustable aluminum legs (48 in), 2 H-brackets with H-nuts, bolts, thumb nuts and hex nuts, 1 thumb bolt, plus an anchor strap, grommet strap and threaded anchor bolt. Each order also includes an anchor bolt socket, leg clamp Allen wrench and mini hex wrench.
Lower set: 2 frame/leg brackets, 2 two-section adjustable aluminum legs (48 in), 2 lower leg clamps, bolts and nuts, 1 thumb bolt and 1 grommet strap.
Good to know
- Fits panels with a metal frame and grommet (mounting) holes; frameless and flexible panels won't work.
- Anchor panels that stay up for more than a day, since a raised panel catches wind.
- Legs adjust in height and angle so you can point the panel at the sun through the seasons.
